The cultural attitudes of nurses and the analysis of the interactive relation between the nurse and the patient

ABSTRACT This study is carried out to determine the effects of nurses’ cultural approach on patient care, reveal relation between nurse and patient, factors that affect this relation. a cross-sectional descriptive research. 300 participants were nurses working at hospital from 8am 5 pm. Multicultural attitude scale care oriented nurse-patient interaction used obtain data was collected March June 2016. To analyse data, statistics independence t-test corelation are used.
